Our booking information

Tourist tax:
Winter: € 3.20 per person and night
Summer: € 3.20 per person and night
Children up to 16 years are exempt from tourist tax.

Reservation:
Are only valid in writing - e-mail/mail. For a binding reservation we ask for a deposit of 20%. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer at least 7 days before the accommodation.

Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

Payment:
Settlement will be made on the day of departure at the latest.
We accept cash and card payment.

Booking:
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Reduction for children:
Reduction for children when staying in their parents' room:

• Children up to 3 years: 80 %
• Children from 3 to 5 years: 30 %
• Children from 6 to 12 years: 10 %
• Extra bed: 15 %

Cancellation insurance:
To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation due to illness, death, loss of employment, etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. You are also welcome to take out this insurance directly with us.

Cancellations:
Unless otherwise stated, the cancellation conditions according to AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry) apply.

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total price
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total price
• 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total price

You can cancel your stay free of charge if your arrival at your booked period is not possible due to entry regulations for Galtür, border closure or lockdown.

Smoker / non-smoker:
All of our rooms / apartments are non-smoking rooms / apartments.

Single room surcharge:
We charge € 20 single room supplement per day.

Short stays:
For short stays of one day we charge a supplement of € 10 per person and of two days we charge a supplement of € 5 per person.

Parking:
One parking space per room is available directly at our house.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our hous
